Unanswerable

What happens to grade B eggs?

the USDA describes grade B eggs:

U.S. Grade B eggs have whites that may be thinner and yolks that may be wider and flatter than eggs of the higher grades; the shells must be unbroken, but may show slight stains. This quality is seldom found in retail stores
so where do they go?

Seldom found in stores? So what if the odd B grade gets into the dozen that I buy? I love eggs. What would happen to me and my family if I ate those eggs? I am a nursing mother so will it make my baby sick, too?
